The BODY Exercise is a tool meant to empower you to listen to the wisdom of your body.


Letting our bodies lead means paying attention to, and addressing the needs of our bodies. So often though, it can be challenging to observe these sensations when we don’t like the physical discomfort that shows up for us.

The BODY Exercise will guide you through the steps from practicing embodied mindfulness to saying YES to your body purposefully.
